Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Serious buyer only.
2. Item will only be reserved for 3 days as stated in a reserved name list on our main page. Your item will be removed from the list or released to others after 3 days if we do not received any payment. (Sorry for the inconvinient caused)
3. First come first serve basis.
4. Charges for mail delivery:
- Postlaju cost of RM6 (West M'sia) and RM8 (East M'sia)
- Registered mail cost of RM5 (For both East & West M'sia)
* We would like to inform you that all the charges for postlaju will be determined by the weight of the item. (Including overseas shoppers)
5. NO charges OF COD for the two locations stated above.
6. Items sold are NOT refundable and exchangeable. But, we try our best to provide you a good service by changing your item IF there is any defects.
7. In case of loss and damages of item during the delivery, we will try our best to assist you by contact or report to the post office. Compensation will only be refund to you if we received from the post office.
